If the official release date is November for Europe, then the NA release date is most likely sometime before that.

No, I think they're shooting for October.
Hm, well that's interesting. If EU really is getting the game in October, then there are only two possibilities:
1) The North American release might be in September; or,
2) The NA and EU releases are going to happen at the same time.
No offense to any Europeans, but you don't need to be Miss Cleo to know which one I'm hoping for. =)
