Well I wouldn't say that's any sort of confirmation at all... However, I do think it is highly likely. He probably has even more of a chance than many 1st party Nintendo characters do... But until I see proof, I'm not going to just expect him to show up...
Well, I know in a Wikipedia article, they said they might look into having 1 or 2 third party characters (Dunno if they mean added to Snake, or just 1-2 in total) and according to Nintendo Power, Sonic is easily the most wanted one. So I'd say he's the most likely if they add more Third party characters.

That being said, SEGA has the best chance out of any other company.
I would like to consider the companies that have worked the closest with Nintendo of late. SEGA, Square Enix, Namco, Capcom, Konami (sakurai and kojima are really close friends).
Chances are we'll be seeing at least one from those companies.

nah, no way, if Chuck Norris was in the game, he'd be uber broken. like his roundhouse kick would be as strong as the baseball bat, and if it doesn't kill you, it'll do like 500% damage or something.
