This is Hard Falz you're worried about? Because at lv60 the only problem you'll have is limited healing supplies, which can be remidied simply by setting a telepipe, entering boss teleporter, dropping stacks of mates, and dying so you can pick them up in case you run out.
hard falz is easy untill he steals your soul then don't attack and just wait for it back
... I'm kind of emabarrased to say this, but I've fought Hard Falz once! He beat me up and stole my lunch money... my level was a little over 100. (Really though, if I recall correctly it was my fault. He stole my soul as I was unleashing a 3-Hit Combo. Wiped myself out... )
Right now, I'm standing in front of his hidey hole at Lv 118... this time I was smart though and put my money in the Item Bank. =D I'm a quick learner like that!
Edit: Pleased to announce that at 2:45 PM, Hard Falz was felled by the Hamburger Ninja. I swear, there's still nothing like seeing that giant Floaty Burger hog the spotlight during the credits.

Best. Mag. Ever. (Well worth the countless hours of hunting Santa Rappies in the Temple!)
It saddens me that I will be unable to reunite with my old friend and confidant on PSU.
