I used to item stack before with photon drops I was so curious why I'd been through the forest on ultimate well over 50 times and not found a rare. I had 99x of every item, and laer leared that that killed drops. At first I was EXTREMELY mad at myself for screwing with my beloved force character about lvl 100. I did find a solution you drop or sell all disposable (green-box) items over 10x, and make SURE there is less than 11x. Save & quit. Turn it back on and POOF! rares are back! (trust me it works, thank you PSO-world!)
