Correct. When you press printscreen/Sysrq, you should hear a camera shutter.
What does the folder have to be named? And where should it be made?
You have to name the folder 'BMP' and make it in the Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst folder.
Odd, you don't have to make a folder in Pso pc. Instaid, screens saves to the Backup folder(Character and other saves).

no, in my hard drive.
So when you said "game files", did you mean the .exe, the uninstaller and stuff that were not in a folder?

Yes, that is correct. But they live in a folder that is not named "Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst". My "PSOBB" folder is empty.
