Just one thing before I go ahead and try to get my own GL: to those who've managed to make it work, does it matter whether you register as being from the UK while you're making the account? Is it only the credit/debit card where you have to change the details?
Damm you CeeJay :@ You HAVE to make it US, I made my first for the UK and didnt even get the option for PSU.

Tried Millers technique, still get the high risk thing:
192: This transaction has been flagged as having a high risk and has therefore been rejected. This type of rejection is generally caused by incomplete of incorrect information, and so the first step should be to retry your purchase ensuring that you enter completely accurate information. If the problem persists, please contact customer services.
Seems hit and miss if this works
Ok:
* I made a sega account using US details (thanks Miller ^_^)
* Clicked to create an account
* Put in all the CORRECT details for my address except the state and zipcode, which were american (belonging to a friend of mine).
* Put in the rest of my card details and it was done!
If it makes any difference I come from England and I was using a Visa Debit Card from 'Halifax'.
it probably depends on what bank your fromtried my Natwest mastercard.. and my mothers visa debit card from the Abbey!
Both times. same as Nash.. High risk
My correct address with just changed state/zipcode was what I originally tried couple of days ago.
It's always failed with the high risk thing. Maybe the 'high-risk' check is only on credit not debit cards? Although even when I got past that my other attempt failed with the AVS check.
Sega just doesn't want me playing PSU online for another month!
