Nidra?

I was playing with a level 45 force who had a really cool mag and when I asked what it was called he said Nidra, so I was wondering if anybody here knew how to get one.

Im only lvl 27, and I started to shape my mag into a nidra today. Im only 3 mag lvls away.
Itll be Def 23, Pow 42, Mind 62, Dex 3.
Damn dex threw me off. And I decided a little late, hence more pow and def than I would have liked.
But because of my antics, it now has an IQ of 0.
