How do i get the 360 controler to work as a gamepad for PSU?

1) Plug it in.
2) Make sure you have the correct drivers so that your controller is recognized as a gamepad. (http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/gaming/download.mspx .. controllers, 360 controller for windows, etc)
3) Start Menu >> All Programs >> Sega >> Phantasy Star Universe >> Phantasy Star Universe >> Options >> Controller Setup? I don't know, Should be in the options dialog.

Or use those drivers up above too.

It is best to install the drivers first, and then plug your 360 controller in. It's just faster that way.
