I want to cancel my hunter's liecens but forgot my User name. On top of that my E-mail is gone and cannot be retrieved.

I'm sure if you call up Sega's billing people, you can talk to them and get it straightened out.

how about just like empty the account out around payment time, the account will invalidate itself

I'm sure anyone who had an answer would share it with you.
Your best bet seems to try again making that call, confusing or not.
Think about what you want to say, and how you'll say it, before you call. Stay calm and pay attention when they ask anything. You should be able to fix it then. Those people are there to help customers, after all
