Rappy Feather!!~

I found a Rappy today in Unsafe Passages C and it dropped a Feather!! Does anyone know what to do with it?

One would assume it's an ingredient for synthesizing, but for what I have no idea.

Yes on the description it said something like "can be used to make a very special weapon".

I'm afraid to try and synth it... It might turn out like the Knife I tried to make and become a Dimate lol
