The Braves series is similar. Ethan's is a custom Braves outfit.
I mean the jacket that he wears, i've seen screenshots of people wearing it online, just wondering if it can be bought for the offline extra mode.

No, it just looks slightly like Ethan's outfit. From what I know, there is no way to look EXACTLY like Ethan's outfit

As far as I'm aware you cannot actually get the series of clothes that resemble Ethans on extra mode from shops. It's possible to get them from S ranking random missions, but Im pretty sure thats the only way to get them on extra.
