But it will continue when AoI comes out. I'll post the suprise on the day it comes out for JP. If I get enough info on it, I'll begin writing again.

I've been writing some "filler" until I get a solid grip on the story for AoI. I can't understand a lick of Japanese, lol. But still, the plot lines I have for the second part of the story stand, so without further ado, a tiny bit of suspense to build to await Ambitions Of Kumori.

The Surprise Chapter

”It’s certainly been a while, Kyousei…” He smirked, holding his Huge Cutter. “All this time…I don’t even recognize you.”

”I could say the same.” I took a battle stance, arming my Uransara/Churel combo.

”It’s sad that it’s come to this.”

”I think that holds far more meaning to me than you.”

He charged at me. I snapped my fingers, causing an earthquake via Gidiga. I had Churel cast Nosdiga to bind him to the ground while I used my Uransara to cast Diga. He, however, countered by using Megiverse to suffocate my Nosdiga snakes and Megid to dissolve my Diga blast. I then fired three shots of Diga at him-one with my free hand, one with Churel, and one with my Uransara. He dodged them all, but lost ground.

I then swapped Churel for my Shi-Kikami, firing some bullets at him. He swapped weapons to a pair of Sharp Twins to block. He then came in again, but I used Dambarta to prevent his charge. He was frozen in place.

”So…mind telling me the sudden about face?”

”You misunderstand, Kyousei…a lot can happen in the time we haven’t seen each other.”

”I thought you’d died. And here you are, working for the enemy.”

”I have my reasons.”

”Right. Reasons that all involve you getting power. You’re no better than any of the people just like you that I’ve killed already.”

”But there was a difference.”

”And what is that, old friend?”

He broke out of the sheet of ice he was incased in, lunging at me. I used my Uransara to block one of his swords, but the other was right up to my neck.

”I have skill.”

”…”

I'm expecting someone to pull off a flashy stunt and reverse the tide of battle any second now
