Requesting Online Item Drop Information

What good is an item database if it doesn't tell you where you can find the items? Well, we want to fix that problem. We've added the ability to display item drop information for individual items, but we need help populating the findings database with information. So we are asking people to help us out by contributing item drop information. If you want to report your finding, post in this thread and use the following format for your find:
Item Name - What item dropped?
Mission - On what mission did the item drop?
Rank - What rank were you playing on?
Monster - What monster dropped the item? If the item came from a box, was it a regular box or a box that appears after killing a boss?

An example of a findings submission might look like this:

If there is anything special you would like to note about the drop, feel free to add a "Notes" tag.

I've actually been doing solo runs on C rank missions and keeping track of all the items I get and quantites of items from each mission and total number of runs I've done to compare drops + drop rates on specific items. I have a couple lists and I am going to just Cut and Paste them in here.

That is very useful Wrenlock, but we're also trying to keep track of the monster that is dropping each item.

Wrenlocke and I think alike. This might be somewhat useful. The number is just the total number I have got from the named mission. I don't have the number of runs written down, though. The bigger the number, the more common... obviously.

Knowing if it's an enemy drop or boss box is important though. I'f I'm farming a level for a specific item that I know enemy x drops I'm going to ignore boxes in the level and blow through everything else as fast as possible. If a boss box drops it, I'm going to blow through enemies as fast as possible and ignore everything else. At higher levels you become less concerned with breaking every box and going out of your way to get every little thing when you're farming for a specific item.

Knowing what monster drops an item is important as well, since variations of the same mission can have different types of monster spawns. For example, one variation of Mad Creatures C is full of Shagreeces (the flying monsters), while other variations aren't.
