I dont think youll be able to find a new copy of V1. It was made redundent by V2, so i doubt many people kept it in stock. You could try looking through http://www.ncsx.com , they might have some there.
I'd sell mine. It's of course not new, but I haven't used it in ages. I'm not sure what would be required to make it work online though.

It doesn't take much to get it online just a DC and a internet connection that's just a dial-up that doesn't require a front end like AOL or others.
Better hurry, servers go down I think in January
Um, most stores that I go to have new copies of both v1 and v2.
