I presume players of the japanese version know how some missions will be changed.

please enlighten me, in which way will mission parameters be changed, and what extra bonusses will we get ?

I think most people will be interested how de ragan and relics will be affected =)

To my knowledge, the adjustments they have made have been due to various bugs. For example, there was a problem with a room in hakura where the spawn was off. This resulted in the in ability to get an S in hakura for like 2 weeks.

I don't think de ragan or relics have every really been effected.

As stated many times, the current version of Onma's nest is not the final version. After episode 2 chapter 1 is implemented, it gets a facelift and becomes a very different level.
