I have a Male Human who will mainly be a hunter using swords, dual sabers, and other melee weps. What expert class would be best for him?

For swords and most other melee weapons I would go with ForteFighter,but not all melee weapons are S rank for them like dual sabers and so on.

Both Fortefighter and Figunner would be good.

Fotefighter: S-ranked sword, gauntlets, spear, claw, twin claws, and axe.
Figunner: S-ranked saber, twin saber, dagger, twin dagger, and dual-saber.

Fortefighter has more HP, ATP, and DEF, while Figunner has more ATA and EVP, as well as access to ranged weaponry other than handgun.
