What are the best Arm & Body slot units out now?

For arm units, it depends how much power you want at the expense of accuracy. Mega Power is probably the best, but last time I checked player shops it also cost the most

Mega / Knight, +25 ATP, + 15 ATA
Mega / Power, +50 ATP
Stella / Power S, +60 ATP, -20 ATA

Where do you get Mega/Power also? And will these 'rare' units ever come out in stores like the higher rank weapon and armor boards will?

Mega/Power is from De Regan A boss drops. Mega/Rainbow, I have no idea.

I use Mega/Wall in body, and Mega/Power for Arm
