Highest weapon %

What's the highest elemental % from a synthed weapon that you've made so far? (network mode)

I just made a 50% lightning Knife and thought "hmmm... that seems exceptionally high."

Made a 50% spear and 30 and 35% daggers with no luck the other day. Then with 2 star luck, made 3 10% long swords and a 12% sword. Also made 5 Grinders +9 with no luck, and about a hundred Grinders +1-3 with 2 star luck. Luck is a lie :|

Luck only effects drops, rare monster spawns, and weapon grinding. It has nothing to do with synths.

Must be a rare drop rate, or the weapon's natural ATP would be quite low to compensate for the 100%.

I've never heard of a 100% elemental weapon. Everythings has pointed to the fact that weapons cannot go over 50% online mode. A lot of the time people play extra mode and get things confused with how stuff is really like online.

Luck affects the elemental percentage in synths, doesnt it?
