Rati help

I need help, I got a hucast, oran, [m], and my mag stats are 25,63,30,0, do I have to raise mind to get rati?

I got a hucast, oran, male. I can't get a rati, my mag stats are 25,62,30,0, so why didn't my mag change to rati, , his lv 117

My hucast is supose to have a rati, do I have to raise mind? or what?

No you don't have to raise mind. If you do not want to raise mind then raise more dex. At levels that are multiples of 10 the total of POW and DEF must be the total of DEX and MIND.
