I'm still looking through for the manner in which luck influences grinding, but here are the values for all grinders currently in-game and the percent chance that they will succeed on a +10 grind. I have no values on lower than that, sorry.

This means that if you're going from +9 to +10 on a Buster with a C+10, you have a 65% chance of succeeding, and a 35% chance of blowing up in your face.

So, now I need a +9 weapon of C and B rank, and combining this info with your Tycho, we can get a rough idea for what levels of luck do for your grinding... Work from there to get other +'s. It's something at least.

so let me see if i understand this your saying by using a C+10 your have at least a 65% chance of sucesses on grinding? And further more a C+9 gives at least 55% chance of working on a weapon grinded to 9 going to 10?

This is all for +9 to +10, yes. And this is for 0 luck. I have no information on how luck affects grinding, we only know that it does.

After spending 110,000 on a synth board and another 60,000+ on materials and failing on the first attempt and finally succeeding on the second attempt to get my .... drumroll....A-rank 8-star BURST Rifle, I'm only grinding if there is "no chance at failure."

With my luck, if there is a 1% chance of a grind failing, I get assigned that 1% - damn Sega for thinking up this grinding idea (still, beats PK, weapon drop and experience drop not to mentiong hacking and duping ).

Not new to Sega, Grinding was in RO forever and a day, and the Elunium and the... Other one was WAY more expensive. THEN you broke your item.
