As for the boss being relative to your level... It was lvl 18 for me, and I'm lvl55.

As you can clearly see though, mine's lvl 19, and I'm lvl 44.

ALL story missions get harder and cap at level 60.
The advantage to playing at 60 is obvious: you can get PA fragments for getting an S rank.

Keiko or any other level 60: I ask you one thing. If you cancel the mission before you fight the boss, you end up at the outpost. You can easily rush through this mission(S rank is based on time, NOT kills) and S rank it at your current level. Get an S rank on this a few times. Tell me if you continue to get PA fragments or if you stop. If you don't get PA fragments anymore than that means that the story missions have been patched on the US version already.

The ranks for Online Story are at 1, 35, and 60. Everything gets harder at each of those breakpoints.

Actually, I do. I take characters for/of people and host them in my Photo Portfolio Thread.
