how do I get Striker of Chao?

I looovvee chao's they're so cute ^.^ and so want that and was wondering how to get it, i heard two different ways so not sure, if I need the mag um is anyone willing to part with it? ^_^;

I think u can get it by combining a plaintain leaf with some sort of chao item...not sure though
