the website set it max upload = 1600.
so if it is 1900 you have to resize it first.

Just to clarify, does the drawing or the judging begin the 28th? I admit I am kinda slow and need to know about how much time I have.

1.announce the rule/FAQ to everyone so that they can start their work
the rule that I posted here are just draft plan.
2.open the website for submission.
