amplifier of red/blue/yellow

how would i go about getting one of the amplifiers of red or blue or even yellow???
there is nothing listed on pso-world that ive been able to find yet!
my one friend plays offline only and he has a red merge but he doesnt remember how he got the amplifier of red to make it!
help please!!!
