Does anyone else suck at battle mode?

My friends and I play offline Battle mode a lot. I'm bad at it, but they're... really bad. We're all kinda hopeless.

The game engine was designed for multiple enemies at a time, not precise combat between players. Out of ALL the online player vs player games available, PSO is probably the worst.

If Battle > Challenge, then why is there an official C-mode block (seems to be the 4th Japan Ship, block 6) and not a Battle mode block? I don't recall there being a Battle block for the DC version either.

In my opinion, the character invul kinda kills the strategy, as does the fact that you can heal the other player with Resta. If A) you weren't invincible for 50 bajillion seconds after getting hit and B) you didn't heal/buff other players with your own spells, it'd be WAY better.

There was a Battle Block for the DC version. It was Ship 14 Block 10.

It's the same for GC version.
