I think it is just one of them rares that you get just for show because yes the stats are kind of a joke.
I'm not quite sure what that does though so i might have to try it when i get in.
The "URAENDING" secret only applies to v2.
On Gamecube, this weapon was a reward during the Maximum Attack 2 event quest in February 2004.
It does nothing, and it sucks.
I forget exactly what the ending looks like on V2 for "URAENDING". I remember it being different than the typical one.
As Hrith mentioned, the Game Magazine was a prize for the original Maximum Attack 2 event on the Gamecube. It is more of a trophy weapon than anything.
the weapon is gained in quest sunset at secret base (ver.2 only) after doing some stuff, the weapon is very strong with no requirements so it is the best weapon for a low lvl player.
remember, this is only for ver.2.
the uraending is the ending but with pictures of ultimate mode, showing elenor, bosses of ultimate mode and even the baranz army made by pionner 1 people
