I checked the IGN website and the guy who posted that picture even posted it there.
The only way we can tell if anyone at all has the real deal is pictures of the full box, meaning it's back, and spine cover. This person only posted the front cover with a small sized dvd case. Of course it looks fake.

Actually, the one way to tell it's an obvious fake....it doesn't have the strip at the top that says "PC CDROM" or "PC DVD" which is now standard for all PC games shipped in longbox cases with only sleeves, but no box, which is how PSU is shipping.
I guess I'll try Walmart, Comp USA, EBGames, and Circuit City.
