*Skyly, yellowboze to an extent,Redria to an extent, and definetley purplenum are taken other characters. Redria is my bro's and he hardly plays, also my yellowboze is only level 19.

First off: good choice
second:RAmar (some say they arent good, i say they are the best your choice)
3rd i would say purplenum but you have one. I dont think greenil is all that good because you can get rifles else where and yas 3000R isnt all that good. So i would say whitil for guld Milla and a ton of other cool stuff if not the viridia for shots.

Whitill is my recommendation. As far as class goes, my favs are RAmarl and RAcast. I really like RAmarls, since level 20 techs are good, and they're effin' cool.

I personally like using techs, especially since they're useful for rainbow colored dark falz, who many people don't know is immune to physical attacks. Level 20 S/D/J/Z, and Foie are really useful.

So, I suggest getting a RAmarl. Section ID of Purplenum is what I suggest, but if you don't want another Purplenum, definitely go for a Whitill.

Plus, techs are just plain fun to mess around with

You may already know what I will recommend you: Ramarl. If you are purely offline, ramarl is your choice basically because of S/D/ J/Z AND resta. Purplrium is a great id and is fun to play with, but if you don't want purplrium, try whitill. From what I know, you have just made a yellowboze force right? Seriously how many memory cards do you have?

When it comes to Hunters and Rangers, I've pretty much only used androids, so I never saw the big deal with S/D/J/Z. I think people who are used to playing the human/newman Hunters and Rangers get so used to them that they become overly dependent on them. I only play solo offline, and I have been since v1 for the DC, minus a few months online for the Xbox about two years ago, so I'm accustomed to going without. My vote would have to be for RAcast. Just remember that traps are your friend. As for section ID, if your brother hardly ever plays his Redria character, you can't go too wrong with that. It's a good all-around ID. Whitill is a good choice too, considering it's the only ID that can find both Guld and Milla. It's also one of the four IDs that finds the Frozen Shooter.

3) Greenill - God/Arm = 20 min search... easy, Yasminkov 3000R isnt exactly bad either
Purpelenum - Yasminkov 9000M
Whitill - lots such as Cure/Freeze easy.

Oh yes, I forgot, Spread Needle is the fastest "shotgun" in Phantasy Star, it's a MUST for all Rangers.
