I wouldn't say AFs have less than stellar ATP, they start out with the 2nd highest ATP in game after all. Though their limitation with high ATP weapons on the other hand... Yeah, seems reasonable and rather fitting.

Going off of Kamica's lv 11 FT pic, FT lv 11 has this for stat mods:
HP - 80%
ATP - 62%
ATA - 62%
TP - 146%
DFP - 62%
EVP - 200%
MST - 245%
STA - 100%
