    So Can Anyone Explain To Me About Rare Drop Rates?

    They basically work like a dice roll. For most drops it is a 1/x chance. So imagine a die with x amounts of sides. Every time you kill that enemy it is like rolling the die. If the die lands on the number, the rare drops.

    That's only on average. A common misconception is that by killing one of those enemies, the drop rate goes up to 2/8. (1/4)

    ...which isn't true, the drop rate always stays the same so basically you could find your rare on the first kill or on the 10000000000th one. Anyway it's always good to kill more enemies, it kinda gives you a bigger chance of finding what you're looking for.

    Mystic's right, you're never completely guaranteed to find whatever you're looking for, but killing more enemies is the only way to improve your chances.
