Not many people actively sell/purchase decorations over the forum so naming an exact price would be difficult. You may want to search the player shops and see what the trend for it may be. That would be my best suggestion. I hope that helps.

I actually sold one for 10mil a loooooooong time ago. Probably goes for far less than that, nowadays.
