I normally play my WT with:
2x two handed melee weapons (ie spear, knuckles, claws, whatever PA i'm levelling at the time)
2 single handed weapons (dagger, saber, claw or whip depending on the mission/my mood) with madoogs offhand (giresta/resta and reverser)
in the 5th slot I take either a bow for flying bosses, attack tech/healing wand/madoog combo (say, foie/giresta and rammegid/reverser for example) for robots, or another single handed melee wep/madoog combo.
for the sixth slot I have a wand and madoog with roughly the same amount off PP each for buffs, although I replace it with something else when there is a better buffer in the party (at least 50% of the time I end up using buffs, since I'm either playing completely with FFs or Figs or the acro/gun/fort in the party just doesn't use them.)
So for the left path of protectors B for example, I'd usually use:
Spear/dus majarra
knuckles/ikk hikk
saber(rising)+madoog (giresta/reverser)
dagger(shunbu)+madoog (giresta/reverser)
wand/madoog (foie/resta, radiga/reverser)
wand/madoog (shifta/deband, reiter/zodiel)
For the end boss I'd swap out the attack tech set for a bow. Anyways, this is the way i usually go as a wartecher. The only thing that is tricky is how much weapon swapping is required if you are trying to melee with your two handed weps and still support your team.
