PA rebalancing, bullet and tech leveling

I'm still using the Thunder Cannons as that's what I can get a hold of now, as I can't use S rank, and I've yet to acquire the rare A rank Cannon. Plus the Thunders are cheap enough to buy in groups so you can fail at trying to get them grinded past 6 a ton of times.

I think the "Hit Everyone Spell" ie:Megid & Zonde. are flawed. When I started leveling Foi & megid, they were both at level 1. Now Foi is level 25 and Megid is level 6. Megid hits everyone in a line, Foi hits only one. I gave up on megid it should level faster than Foi right?

Thats the very reason Foie levels faster. Since it is a "Single Target" spell, its exp requirements are less than those which hit straight line with multiple targets, such as Zonde, Barta and Megid.

Thats a far greater boost to laser %s than I expected. Now I really need to work on em, my highest is Frozen at 14... (I'm a shotgun addict. Lasers also just level slow...) 30% elemental at level 1? What on earth are they thinking? That would be worth having unleveled bullets, just for that insane percent. (After all, lasers have ATP comparable to rifles)

I can't confirm the PA rebalance will be added on 4/25, I will get you more info about what is included in the 4/25 rebalancing soon.
