Well on 360 easily white beast.

White Beast is the best place for XP. But if you have some friends with balls, you could do Dark Satellite.

Its really sad we have people even asking such a question at such a piss-low level.

White beast is the best place for EXP anytime, but dont spam it too much becuase you'll be spamming the same shit at lvl 80.

Just run around and do missions with a willing party. Most newbies (not alts) never really mind going outside the areas that everyone camps around. The game is far more fun that way to me.

When you're bore with White Beast, I suggest doing some story mission to get some NPCs for fun.

MAG is here in one week, so you can wait till then to find an easy party as well.
