I would say that is it pretty good for a non-rare saber. The % are nice. But master's is not very usefull (esp on a single target close range weapon). It would have been better with an ice/paralysis/devils/dark special
there ya go!
thats true...the exp stealing ability is definately best with slicers and swords for HUmar
