An extra week of MAG would be pointless really. The issue will be fixed (I assume) in plenty of time to get online, get plenty of XP and rares, collect as many badges as you desire, and in general - play the damned thing out till you get bored.

The problem is, many of the people who this problem is affecting were really looking forward (for whatever ungodly reason) to getting on the leaderboards. Those people, indeed, are truly fucked by this turn of events. They have practically no chance of catching up at this late stage.

An extra week of MAG isn't very good compensation, and neither is "super holy week". It would be nice if Sonic Team would compensate players in another fashion - such as a choice between previously unreleased items/weapons (not necessarily as powerful as the Spread Needle, but some little token at least... a joke weapon like the RealHand Spear or something) or Casino Voloyal coins.

I'd rather they hire some competent staff and stop making these types of mistakes.

Yeah, my Maximum Leaderboards Attack: G is over now. -_-

No Spread Needle/G for me. Meaning there'll basically be nothing to do for me during MAG. Great.

    Are they.....working on it?

Have we had confirmation that SEGA knows about all the 65 and 173 errors?
I just assume SEGA has a raccoon working their support centre or something..

I've heard here and there on the official forums that someone might be working on it, but there's been no progress reports, information, or even official acknowledgments outside of a few moderators trying to calm down some of the people who've been affected. I only heard of two people getting their accounts fixed, and one of them got 065'd again shortly afterwards. The only estimates we've heard on when the problem will be fixed is "Tomorrow". Which they also said yesterday, and the day before.

    Hello,
Thank you for writing regarding this issue. There is a problem with the billing servers and SEGA is working as fast as possible to correct this. Please do not take any further action with your account at this time; your account will likely stay in a “pending cancellation” state until we are able to resolve this.

The PSO:BB account you were accidentally signed up for should be shifted to "cancelled" shortly, and you will not be charged for it.

We do sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Thank you in advance for your patience while we work to resolve this issue. [quote]

so i guess all that have accidentally signed up should be fine . alothough i would suggest seding a ticket just in case

it's probabaly the worst time they could have done this considering i knew alot of people who were planning on starting up for this event and are now stuck. and as of now it is tuesday morning and still no fix =

Spot on with those comments. I myself am merely missing out on a casual spray of XP as i know i couldnt contend with the others going for top 500... But its the people who were going to gun for it that have copped it the most.

You´re being quite optimistic there... I don´t know, I smell no less than a week with this billing problem...
