I saw my very first Love Rappy in VR Temple Normal. Yes, the only place to find Love Rappy is in VR Temple (any difficulty). And I think you have to be on ultimate to get the God/Luck.

its ultimate cuz vh doesnt give out much stuff lol. u pretty much have 2 be in ultimate 2 find nething these days.
