i need a controller config screen shot of the english psu for the pc cause i have the jp psu and all the menu's are in question marks

Can't help you with the the English config stuff, but the question marks mean you don't have the appropriate Japanese language pack installed. I thought XP (and Vista) already had them pre-installed. If not, visit www.phantasystaruniverse.jp with Internet Explorer and Windows should bug you about installing a language pack to view the site. If not, I'll bet you have an OEM config and they (unwisely) removed foreign language packs from their customized install.

Now you can learn Japanese when some other bloke helps you out! Or not. It could go either way.

i installed all the language packs i can get japanese sites fine its just the options menu where i adjust the graphics and blah blah thats the only part im having trouble with
