Yeah, the "rain" is crooked, but it gives it a lovely, hand-drawn feel. I wish I could sketch in a nice background like that. My "quick" backgrounds always look like butt, so I end up putting a lot of my drawings against a plain, solid colour backdrop. I like yours.
