Comparing Incognito to an army of NAZI VAMPIRES is just silly; The anime simply doesnt compare to the manga, although the quality of Hirano's work is admittedly rather varied.

I actually bought the anime... It turned out to be a huge waste of money since I can't see myself ever rewatching it.
... Haven't kept up to date with the ova since 6+ month gaps between eps is way too long for my attention span. I'm waiting till it's finished. <_<
