    Angry What is up with the PA's?

    So im level 60 something and i have leveled all of my striking PA's to 30 and i only have the ones you can buy in the store. I have ran all most all the missions on S rank. Where the heck are all the other PA's that are in PSU. Its really starting to make me mad! >_<
