Bil de Golus is PSP only. Now that japan is snubbing PS2 users, it's possible he'll be added to the japanese PC version one of these days, but nothing has been announced to that effect.

im def getting this game tommarow i just seen dammeglos or whatever his name is drop a spread needle in his boxes which is amaxing and i want one but its impossble to get a good one on the 360 servers unless you feel like paying 150 some mill for it lol thanks for feeling me in guys:]
