10/10 Psycho Wand

Paying 180mil+ if anyone is selling one I'd like to buy please. I have been searching for one for sale for some time now and it seems there aren't many for sale. I can pay 2 ways:
1) full cash
2) I have 2 8/10 psycho wands that I need to get rid of, I could trade those and cash for a 10/10.

Either way is fine with me, but I preffer #2. thx
