They could at least set up a server with a waiting room for us. Wouldn't even have to be a good one. I'd settle for some folding chairs and a coffee machine at this point if it means we can get online.

mmmm...that sentence made my tongue tingle with spicyness. But, so true, and that's what is sad. And, there is nothing we can do about it, we can only deal with it or move on. :/
