    Default Trouble with Sega Support

    I wanted to reactivate my Account for PSU last weekend but it seems I've run into some trouble.

    In Short Error Message that my Credit Card Provider declined payment but actually the Money has been transferred (from my Prepaid Credit Card that I used to create the account in the first place).

    I contacted Sega Support (The English Europe one since the German doesn't even list the game), that was 5 Days ago.
    So far I haven't heard anything from them (aside frome the Automatic Ticket recognition Mail).

    Since I think the people here have more experience with Sega support than I do I wanted to ask if this was normal or if I should try something else (like setting them on fire ).

    I would call the bank that issued the credit card or whatever company issued it. It might take ages but it would be faster than waiting on Sega's official support.

    I already thought about it and talked to my CC Provider, but my worry is that Sega will then ban the CC and I have to go over support anyway to undo it.

    :EDIT: I added a bit to the Ticket Message with some more details about the Transfer from my CC Account and a note that if this continues I will be forced to ask my CC Provider to recall the transfer, guess what happened

    Well they answered (sounded rather apologetic too), but considering nothing really happened so far I guess I got my hopes up too fast.

    Scratch that, just got a Mail that they send the Money back, seems it's already on my Account.
    Just to be sure I try later to get that subscription again
