I wanted to reactivate my Account for PSU last weekend but it seems I've run into some trouble.
In Short Error Message that my Credit Card Provider declined payment but actually the Money has been transferred (from my Prepaid Credit Card that I used to create the account in the first place).
I contacted Sega Support (The English Europe one since the German doesn't even list the game), that was 5 Days ago.
So far I haven't heard anything from them (aside frome the Automatic Ticket recognition Mail).
Since I think the people here have more experience with Sega support than I do I wanted to ask if this was normal or if I should try something else (like setting them on fire ).
