You could try telemarketing. I know it's a sleazy business, but they generally work 4-6hr shifts through the week and 8hrs on Saturdays. Not ideal but you'll make more money than flipping burgers somewhere, and you won't be sporting an apron.
If that's not appealing you could try pizza delivery, provided you own a car. My second year in college I delivered for Papa Johns and I always seemed to have extra money. Of course gas was under a dollar back then, still you should do better than minimum wage even with the current fuel prices.
