Percents Question

Are weapon percents applied to your total attack power or just the weapons attack power.

Example, A Morgenlote has 417 attack power. 10 percent native of that would be 40 points additional attack power, the damage would be approx 450 vs native. but if its off your total attack adding lets say 600 of your base (1000 weaponized) stats the difference would be 400 more making your attack vs native around 1400. Anyone know?

10% of 417 is 41.7...41.7=40?

I rounded off. I dont want to crunch alot of math

Reason I ask is cause I got a Morgenlote with percent on three different attributes and a Dioskurio with no percents, Wondering what I should use. With out the percents the Dioskurio hands down and hit is also better with the Dioskurio. But the percents on my morgenlote ar 0/26/46/38 and its not grinded so the 46 with anothe 10% or 15% would be higher that 60%

it is when your lazy. besides the additional 1.7 would not even be noticeable
