How do the support spells (Shifta/Deband etc.) work?

All I see on the tech page is that every 5th tech level the boost moves up from 1-3 for Shifta/Deband/Jellen/Zalure, but by how much is it affecting stats?

Like if I have 1000 MST total from gear/etc and cast rank 15 shifta, how much does it go up by?

If you cast Zalure on an enemy (does it affect bosses?) how much do their defenses go down by?


*on a side note* I think Im regreting my FOnewearl :C I didnt realize humans beat or were equal to newmans on 5 stats, the only ups newmans have is evasion/mst and slightly better racials, but maybe im just over thinking things, my FOnewearl is kinda too cute to give up ^_^

My FOnewearl beats a lvl 100 FOmar in MST XD She's lvl 90 btw :P But thats probably because her build is pure Mind mats... Her mag isn't pure mind though DX

Huh, good question, but I can't say for sure.
Though I have an opinion if it so helps.

I do know that whenever I cast my Shifta (any level), it doesn't boost ATP as much.
Ex. I deal 50 damage without any Shifta but with any Shifta I can deal about 60-65
For instance, if I have an ATP of 500, I say it boosts it an imaginary 508-512 or something!

Also from what I notice from experience, Zaluring bosses are probably the same judging from the same Off. Level Debuff from the Tech Page you mentioned earlier.

it doesnt seem like a lot per hit but multiply it by three- three hits in a combo. then multiply that by howmany times you hit any given monster. it is essentially more dmg in less time.

my lvl 75 fomarl with a slicer was doing, say 80 a hit but with shifta was doing 110. thats @30 a hit x 3 hits = 90+ dmg a combo. not bad. of course max atp hunters could expect more dmg.

I think at lv 15 shifta increases your stats by 25% So it's worth it.

Umm I'm just wondering Were do u get shifta/deband? Like is it a drop and where do u get it?

Pretty much everywhere. It's a random drop from a random place like for all techniques.
And I got loads of Rappy Souls...
