Boosted monsters in the SH tower?

I did a run up the SH tower last week. I was disappointed that I didn't run into a single boosted monster in the entire run. I was wondering if all the monsters in the tower were boosted, or if I just managed to not get any?

All the hostiles in Eternal Tower are all boosted, though it doesn't show the white shadow.
