Its really simple to do in photoshop but the hard part is figuring out how to integrate it into the game XD. I could try doing it to the textures but then the glow wont bleed over top. You'll still see the hard edges of the models. Bloom is a post processed filter so maybe we could find a program that will filter the live video feed...

I like that effect sparingly, but I feel like it might be too much if I was playing with that much of it all the time.

Well really the idea is just to bloom out or glow the highlights. But I made everything grayscale and only pale color to the effects. I was trying to make it seem like a dream. But you could do it in full color as well.
Too bad its still only a screenshot in photoshop. I badly want to apply to the game itself XD
